General questions

What is LABGO AI?

LABGO AI is an AI agent for laboratories. It processes requests from email and files, creates orders, helps with calculations and standard verification, prepares protocols and helps manage calendar, site visits and resources. It's not just a chat, but a working tool for daily laboratory operations.

How does LABGO differ from 1C:Laboratory or other LIMS?

Classic LIMS are databases with forms. You fill in fields manually. LABGO is an AI assistant that does the routine for you: parses requests from Excel and PDF, finds positions in the price list, automatically creates orders. Instead of 30 minutes to process a request — 2 minutes.

Working with files

Can we upload our request in Excel format?

Yes. LABGO understands Excel, PDF, Word, CSV, email and attachments, as well as scans, photos from instruments, protocols, requests, price lists and internal documents. The agent reads the file, finds the right positions, matches them with your price list and helps create an order without manual rewriting.

We have protocols in Word — how to transfer them?

LABGO can read DOCX files. Upload the protocol — AI will extract data: measurement results, customer, test method. You can import this data into the system or use it for comparison.

Do you support AutoCAD drawings?

DWG support is planned. Currently LABGO works with Excel, PDF, DOCX, CSV, email, images, scans, requests, price lists, protocols and internal laboratory documents.

Can we export data from our current system?

Yes. If your data is in Excel — just upload the file. For 1C we will provide an export template. During onboarding we will help transfer the price list, equipment register and customer database.

Email connection

Can we connect to our email?

Yes. LABGO connects to Gmail, Outlook and any mail server via IMAP. AI automatically analyzes incoming emails, identifies requests and suggests creating an order. You always verify before confirming.

Is our correspondence confidential?

Absolutely. Each laboratory's data is fully isolated. Your emails, orders and customers are visible only to you. Data is stored in secure enterprise cloud. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Standards compliance

Will we lose accreditation due to new software?

No. LABGO is designed with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements in mind. Protocols are generated according to clause 7.8.2 with 16 mandatory fields. Calculations are performed deterministically (AI doesn't guess, the formula calculates). All change history is saved for audit.

How is measurement uncertainty calculated per our standard?

Calculations in LABGO are performed by a deterministic engine (not a neural network). Formulas for each standard are programmed as modules. AI helps select the right method and substitute data, but the calculation itself is exact math. The same data always gives the same result.

Security and reliability

Will data leak to competitors?

Impossible. Each laboratory works in an isolated environment. Your price list, customers, orders and protocols are inaccessible to other laboratories. It's like separate apartments in one building — each has its own key.

Will the system go down on audit day?

We guarantee 99.5% availability. Critical data (protocols, results) is cached locally. Even if the internet goes down, you can view and download the latest protocols.

Implementation

Our engineers won't master it...

LABGO is a chat. If your engineers use WhatsApp — they'll master LABGO. Just write: "Create an order for LLC StroyGarant, concrete B25, 6 samples" — and AI will do the rest. No complex menus or 100 buttons.

Will we have to change all processes?

No. LABGO works in parallel with your current processes. Start with request processing — that's the fastest benefit. Then add protocol generation. Gradually, without revolutions.

How long does setup take?

Launch starts with a short onboarding. We collect laboratory information, confirm connection, help choose an implementation scenario and then connect email, price lists and work processes. For most laboratories, start fits within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Pricing

How much does LABGO cost?

Starter — 300 $ per month, Pro — 590 $ per month, Pro+ — 980 $ per month. Lab networks: On request (terms on request). 60, 150 and 700 per month is a guide to how many sign-ready protocols fit a normal month; if the load is much higher, the cap and pricing are set in the contract. Email-to-order with the assistant is a beta: who joins and on what terms is agreed separately; it is not a second cap like the protocol count. No card checkout on the website: we align scope, contract, invoice, and we confirm the lab in person before go-live.

Is it worth it?

People do not size it by “how much AI.” They look at time saved: fewer hours on requests, orders, protocols, standard checks, and field scheduling. Payback is about total team time and fewer process failures—not “one protocol priced like an hourly engineer.”

What if we don't like it?

We first conduct onboarding and confirm launch manually, so we discuss the implementation scenario before connection. If the solution doesn't fit, you simply don't continue the launch. No hidden fees or surprise payment on the first step.
