Digital employee for laboratories with clear pricing and transparent launch

Not a reference or chatbot. The digital employee acts like a careful intern: you assign a task — it comes back with work for you to review and approve. It parses requests, collects data, creates orders and protocols, calculates per GOST, checks them, and hands off to the engineer for final review and signature.

From spreadsheets to an AI-assisted workflow in the lab

Parses documents and email

Agent reads Excel, PDF, Word, email, scans and device photos and extracts the needed data.

Handles operational work

Creates orders, generates protocols, calculates per GOST, assigns tests and helps with calendar.

Runs under control

Agent does real work, but the result always goes through a human and final lab review.

Guided go-live, turnkey-style

A fixed 6–8 week package. It is not “another LIMS from scratch” — an extra layer next to your current process. We configure the digital employee for your requests and norms: help load orders, connect work email and systems, and align with your price list and lab rules. Then the monthly plans below apply once rollout is in rhythm.

Think of it as a new layer in the lab’s work: you hand off routine tasks (requests, calculations, GOST paperwork and checks), it handles draft and control load, and you still approve and sign the outcome.

For answers to match your norms and price list, the product uses laboratory context— a short, example-driven article on a separate page; read it before the kickoff call.

  • Short kickoff: goals, request flow, and a plan — no requirement to hire IT staff
  • Data in order: requests and orders, email, and if needed help connecting to your systems
  • Training on your price list, norms, and wording — so the digital employee “speaks” your lab’s language
  • We walk through real documents together: draft → your review and signature; final responsibility stays with the lab
  • A fixed rollout window and a clear “now it’s in routine” milestone, then a monthly plan

The package is typically RUB 60,000–100,000 for the full go-live period. The exact amount is agreed after a short scope call and before work starts

Payment is per contract, including staged payment (advance and milestones as agreed). You do not need dedicated IT staff in-house: we run implementation with you, in simple steps and at your pace.

300 $

per month

For a laboratory that wants to quickly streamline requests, orders and protocols.

Подходит для

One laboratory, first rollout stage

Target load: up to 60 final protocols per month (exact limits in the contract)
Work email: we connect together. Email-to-order with the assistant is a public beta — details in the contract, separate from the protocol limit
The assistant prepares the protocol, collects data, calculates, and checks against GOST; you review and sign off
Order creation within the agreed work volume
Calendar, field visits, samples and price lists in one system

Pro

Recommended

590 $

per month

For laboratories with a steady flow of requests, protocols and field work.

Подходит для

Main operational system for the laboratory

Target load: up to 150 final protocols per month (exact limits in the contract)
Work email: we connect together. Email-to-order with the assistant is a public beta — details in the contract, separate from the protocol limit
The assistant prepares protocols, runs calculations, and cross-checks against GOST; you review and sign off
Test assignment, field scheduling, and notifications
Access to the developer order aggregator

Pro+

Maximum for one laboratory

980 $

per month

For high load, multiple directions and a dense calendar.

Подходит для

High order volume and extended automation

Target load: up to 700 final protocols per month (exact limits in the contract)
Work email: we connect together; request-from-mail scenarios per contract and rollout readiness (part still in pilot)
Priority rollout and process tuning for your laboratory
We take most routine desk work off the team, under your rules and oversight
Extended control of resources, field work, and utilization

Laboratory networks

On request

For multiple labs, branches and centralized management. We first collect network structure, workloads, access rules and only then form commercial terms.

Several laboratories and branches in one environment
Unified directories, price lists and utilization control
Shared calendar of resources and routes
Rollout plan, training and support aligned with your network

Savings calculator

Average engineer spends 2–4 hours per protocol. With the AI agent, most preparation, calculations and GOST checks are automated; the human does final review and approval.

Indicative only: the first 3–6 weeks are a learning period. Actual savings depend on test types, inputs, and how quickly the lab folds the assistant into the normal schedule.

Your savings with AI agent:

~370 $ per month

and 84 hours of work (93% savings)

(6 ч/мес)

Payback: Pro plan at 590 $ pays back in about 49 days.

The figures in the block above are illustrative and do not replace a contract: they are for scenario comparison, not a guarantee from us. The ~12 minutes (0.2 h) per final protocol with the assistant is a coarse model; actual time depends on test type, input volume, and the agreed process. Salary and “hours per protocol” are your inputs; they do not include taxes, leave, overheads, or load dynamics. The payback line is a “what-if” estimate; real timelines and cost are set out in a separate contract.

Plan comparison without technical noise

Only what usually matters to lab managers when choosing.

The limit column counts one sign-ready report per one order. The assistant collects inputs, the draft, and re-checks against the norms; you sign. Small follow-up fixes on the same order—like in normal work—usually do not add a second unit. A full re-do from scratch, or a far heavier rework, is written in the contract when you connect.

The “skills” row is method packs: raw data, calculation steps, and layout to GOST and your rules. 15, 35+, and 60+ are how many “directions” you get in a typical launch pack. Re-runs and re-calculations for the same order sit under the same cap as protocols: Pro/Pro+ are wider and have more headroom. We do not plan to price every “rebuild” separately under normal load; very heavy cases go in the contract.
